Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to hygiene guidelines and the nature of the bespoke hand sewn items, all sales are final. No refunds are given unless the product is deemed faulty after inspection, if however for some reason you are not satisfied with the item we would love to hear your feedback email us at lovefaceaustralia@outlook.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
